From Edgewater, Maryland, Shields of Faith branched out from a church worship team to develop a unique form of original acoustic music that ranges from soft worship to a progressive rhythmic sound. Their name is taken from Ephesians 6:16 and serves as a reminder to put on the whole armor of God for we are in a spiritual battle. Their mission is to spread the word of God by the power of the holy spirit, and the blood of Jesus Christ, to the unsaved as well as the saved through music.
