Forever Moon is a Baltimore-based rock band whose strong acoustic rhythms, melodic harmonies and lyrical mastery have drawn comparisons to Jars of Clay, Toad the Wet Sprocket, Tonic and Vertical Horizon. Their name is derived from Psalm 89: "As the moon reflects light to the night sky, it serves as a constant reminder that the sun permeates the darkness. Similarly, we believe that we are continually refined by God to reflect the light of the Son to the world."   Forever Moon photo
Formed in April 1999, Forever Moon continues to reach diverse crowds with the message of Jesus Christ through their high-energy shows, including several opportunities to perform with national acts. Their self-titled debut CD, recorded with the help of friends from the Smalltown Poets, reflects their desire "to write music that everyone can relate to... Everything from our personal struggles in life to gaining a deeper understanding of the world around us. Being a young band we hope to break stereotypical ideas of what a band comprised of Christians is all about."
