Shannon Lewis was born and raised in a predominantly non-Christian home in Georgetown, Ohio (45 minutes South East of Cincinnati). Directly before starting college, he converted to Christianity and subsequently lost his faith. Following a deep search for truth and through the work of the Holy Spirit, Shannon's faith was restored, and he determined to truly seek after the things of God. While studying at Ohio University Shannon led worship at campus ministries and was involved in a Bible study and co-founding two ministries. During this time Shannon founded the band Set On Edge. After two critically aclaimed CDs with a revolving door of musicians comes A Story To Cling To. Lewis's smooth, emotional tenor voice makes for a winning combination. Lyrically uplifting, confronting life's problems and ultimately turning to God for answers. Some of their songs inspire rapturous excitement; some invoke quiet contemplation but consistently passionate and skillfully performed musically. Shannon is currently working with the Worldwide Discleship Association in addition to his involvement with Set On Edge.
